Assistant Dispatcher Mon-Fri 10AM - 6PM

We are looking for an energetic, organized and customer driven individual to join our team! Someone who takes pride in providing our customers with the best experience! This is currently a FT position in our very busy Dispatch Center. There are additional hours available if desired! This role assists the Lead Dispatcher with managing the schedule. This is a very busy position so the successful candidate should have strong multi-tasking skills. Customer Service is a main responsibility of this job. Have a empathy and phone etiquette is a high priority. This role does require a level of conflict resolution skills.

Required Skills:

High School Diploma Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Polite, courteous and proper phone etiquette Light Data entry experience Light knowledge of excel Multitasking Take direction Work independently
