Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field technicians, managing daily job workflows, and ensuring operations run smoothly across assigned markets. No experience required - we will provide full training.
Key Responsibilities:
Route technicians efficiently and monitor job progress throughout the day Ensure all technician calls are answered promptly and assist with Spanish-English translation when needed Close out completed jobs daily and maintain accurate records Generate and submit weekly payroll reports for your assigned market Follow up on incomplete work and ensure timely job completions Problem-solve emergencies or unexpected issues that arise in the field Communicate effectively with field techs and internal teams to maintain productivity and accountability
Qualifications:
No prior dispatching experience required - we will train the right candidate Must be proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams Bilingual in English and Spanish (MUST) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to pass a drug test and background.

Remote Must attend in office meettings when needed.
