Dispatcher

Work Environment You will work primarily with technicians in a modern, energetic office located in Naperville. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The new office features a coffee shop, convenience store, and a vibrant, pit-style environment. After training, Fridays will be work from home. Job Description We seek a dedicated Dispatcher to schedule technicians for customer visits. This role aims to improve missed SLAs, missed appointments, full job entitlements, and enhance customer experience by engaging with an onshore scheduler. Responsibilities Coordinate technicians and their schedules. Assist with routing and ensuring on arrival times. Create appointments in Oracle and assign them to a technician, considering territories, skillsets, and availability. Confirm the customer service address, phone number, and gather all necessary details for the technician to complete the appointment successfully. Contact customers within one hour of claim creation and assign to third-party contractors if the IHT team cannot meet the SLA or if the appointment is beyond the IHT scope. Essential Skills 1-3 years of dispatch or technician scheduling. Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with inbound calls. HS Diploma or GED minimum. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Oracle (preferred). Experience in other utilities such as

HVAC, EMS

(Ambulance, 911 Dispatchers, Police Dispatchers) Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Warrenville, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
