Dispatcher

We are seeking an experiened and reliable dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics enviornment and can effictively manage transportation operations while maintaining clear communication with drivers, brokers, and the team. This position offers a flexible hybrid/remote schedule (if in Chicagoland area).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch driver, loads, and equipment efficiently. Monitor load progress and proactively resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes. Maintain consistent communication with drivers, customers, and brokers. Ensure on-time pickup and delivery. Update and manage dispatch systems, load boards, and records. Ensure compliance with DOT and company policies. Handle after-hours issues, including emergencies or time-sensitive load updates. Ability to manage multiple trucks and drivers at once

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience dispatching in trucking/logistics. Ability to work independently. Strong communication skills. Proficiency with dispatch software, loadboards, and Microsoft Workspace. Ability to remain attentive and responsive outside of standard working hours when needed.

Perferred Qualifications:

Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian speaking perferred.

Work Schedule and Pay:

Pay will be determined based on experience. Hybrid/remote work schedule. Chicagoland area perferred, everyone is still encouraged to apply.
