Work Arrangement:
Hybrid What You'll Do:
Responsible for providing day-to-day work direction to dispatches and acts as a liaison between operations, customers and finance departments in resolving complex scheduling and billing questions.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer and intra-company requests for ship assist and/or escort services to meet customer requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Gather and record data related to each job or customer request to meet operational guidelines. Coordinate activities of operations department with regard to use of equipment, facilities and crew.
Qualifications Education & Credentials:
High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training or Associate's degree.
Experience:
5 or more years of relevant experience. Basic supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
