Job Overview We're looking for a dependable and quick-thinking Nighttime Dispatcher to join our towing team. If you can stay calm under pressure, multitask, and communicate clearly, this is a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls for towing Dispatch drivers efficiently using GPS/dispatch software Communicate with drivers and customers throughout each job Keep accurate records of calls and services Handle high-volume calls and emergency situations professionally Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey clear instructions while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Basic computer skills (dispatch experience is a plus) Reliable and punctual Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
