Overnight Weekend Dispatcher

Come join our Team at Collins Brothers Towing of St Cloud. We are hiring for openings on our dispatch team. We are seeking an Overnight Weekend Dispatcher. Friday 5PM - 7AM Saturday & Sunday 7PM - 7AM

• Pay is Based on Experience and will be discussed at time of interview
• We are rapidly growing and need help! This is NOT a work from home job. The successful candidate should possess the following skills, but not limited to:
• Great customer service skills
• A general concern for others wellbeing
• Dispatching customer service calls and paying attention to detail.
• Dispatching trucks.

Wreckers / Flatbeds

/ Heavy Wreckers etc.

• Organize, coordinate, schedule and dispatch work according to urgency, and location
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced/changing environment.
• Able to problem solve
• Knowledge of basic office programs
• A general understanding of the automotive (and/or) towing industry
• General office assistance as Needed to help the team Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively and courteously under pressure.
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a dispatch environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
