Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, confident, and highly organized professional to take the lead on our service operations. Handling nearly 400 service tickets weekly across residential and commercial accounts, you will be the primary heartbeat of our office. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy "air traffic controller" who enjoys building relationships with clients and keeping field crews perfectly in sync.
What You'll Do:
Operational Orchestration:
Masterfully coordinate daily routes for our diverse service lines, including Landscaping, Trade Services (Plumbing/Electrical), and Snow Removal.
The Voice of Our Brand:
Serve as the professional and personable first point of contact for our customers. You aren't just answering phones; you are managing relationships and ensuring clients feel heard and prioritized.
Tech & Data Mastery:
Own our CRM and Google Drive systems. You will ensure every ticket is logged with precision so that nothing falls through the cracks.
Agile Problem Solving:
Think on your feet to pivot schedules for emergencies or Colorado weather shifts without losing your cool.
What We're Looking For:
Confident Communicator:
You are comfortable, clear, and authoritative on the phone. You know how to handle diverse personalities—from technicians to commercial property managers—with poise.
Exceptional Multi-Tasker:
You thrive in a "moving parts" environment. You can juggle a high volume of requests while maintaining a positive, focused energy.
Precision-Minded:
With 400 tickets a week, "close" is not good enough. You take pride in accuracy and have a natural eye for the small details that make a big impact.
Tech Proficiency:
2-4 years of experience navigating CRMs, Google Suite, and modern office software. You should be a "power user" who learns new systems quickly.
Work Environment & Perks:
Competitive Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Consistent Schedule:
A reliable Monday-Friday, 40-hour week.
