We pride ourselves on "Service with Care" and provide reliable, high-quality towing, recovery, and roadside services. We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team on a remote basis. Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Tow Company Dispatcher with proven expertise in handling Motor Club calls. This is a remote position, but you must have a dedicated, professional workspace free from distractions, noise, children, pets, or other interruptions. This role is critical to our operations — you will be the voice of the company, coordinating emergency roadside assistance efficiently and professionally during nights. May include weekends and some holidays. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming calls from Motor Clubs (Agero, Allstate, AAA, etc.), insurance companies, and direct customers. Dispatch drivers to towing, recovery, battery jumps, lockouts, fuel deliveries, tire changes, and other roadside assistance calls across Las Vegas, Pahrump, Bullhead City, and surrounding regions up to 150 miles . Accurately document all calls, jobs, and communications in Towbooks (mandatory proficiency required). Monitor and manage driver locations, routes, and job status using Samsara telematics system. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure, especially during peak hours and after-hours emergencies. Coordinate with motor clubs and customers on recovery situations Maintain detailed records of services, invoices, and communications for billing and compliance. Work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (HOS, AZ/NV towing regulations). Handle escalation on critical situations and ensure timely service for all calls. Required Qualifications (Must Meet ALL to be Considered) Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable experience specifically handling Motor Club calls (Agero, Allstate, Geico, AAA and other motor clubs). Entry-level or general call center experience will not be considered. Strong proficiency with Towbooks (must be able to demonstrate experience). Strong proficiency with Swoop and AAA dashboards Knowledge of Samsara fleet management/telematics systems or other similar programs.. Must live within the 100 mile radius of the Las Vegas, NV; Pahrump, NV; or Bullhead City, AZ metropolitan area and possess thorough geographic knowledge of the region. Knowledge within a 150-mile radius of Las Vegas (including rural areas, highways, and remote locations). Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and some major holidays on a consistent rotating schedule. Day shift on an occasion for coverage reasons may be needed. Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet, quiet dedicated workspace, computer, and minimal distractions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a calm, professional phone demeanor. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations efficiently. Preferred Skills Towing industry knowledge for growth reasons Knowledge of local towing regulations in Nevada and Arizona. Familiarity with Google Workspace, or similar business tools. Maintenance schedules and truck maintenance documentation

Pay:
