Job Description
Franchise Luxury Dealership Seeking Dispatcher to join our growing team. Automotive service order dispatchers are responsible for dispatching jobs to technicians as they receive service calls and maintaining daily schedules for these technicians. The dispatcher will report to the service manager. Minimum of 1-year mechanical/service writer/dispatcher experience in an automotive service environment is required. Qualified applicants will have a positive attitude, the motivation to deliver exceptional customer service, a professional appearance, the willingness to learn, and an open mind. Applicants should also have a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a valid South Carolina driver's license with clean driving record. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Dispatched work directly to technicians Ensures productivity and profitability Reports all necessary repairs to service advisor Maintains CSI at or above company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Complies with company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties Other duties as assigned
