Job Description

About us Waste Services, LLC is a locally owned and operated waste management company located in North Charleston, SC. We have been servicing the Lowcountry for 20 years. The Dispatcher is responsible for routing and advising drivers daily to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and cargo. The ideal candidate is expected to provide excellent customer service and respect to all co-workers.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the status of trucks and drivers. Route daily Ensure that drivers have clarity throughout each move Handle customer service requests. Answer phones and emails Update the logs Facilitate the transition of paperwork to the billing department Hold drivers accountable daily Other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

2 years (Preferred) Work authorization (Preferred)
