What You'll Be Doing Coordinating service calls and scheduling technicians efficiently. Maintaining clear and open communication with customers and team members. Managing multiple tasks in a high-paced environment. De-escalating tense situations with empathy and understanding. Ensuring customers feel informed and comfortable throughout the service process.
