Job Description

Pipe Wrench, LLC is looking for a Full-time Dispatcher to work with our team. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills great personality and can solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Dispatcher's need the ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize competing demands, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through with all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to schedule service appointments, resolve customer issues, and maintain/ update the database with accurate information. You must be professional as you establish customer rapport, participate in training, and adhere to company policies for resolving complaints.
Responsibilities:
Communication Excellence :
Responsible for relaying critical information to technicians and managers, resolving communication gaps, and helping maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Quality Control :
Serve as the central coordinator of service operations, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication between all parties.
Customer Interaction :
Keep customers informed about technician progress.
Requirements:
1-2 years of proven experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Familiarity with CRM system Service Titan experience preferred
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
