Aggregate Company Dispatcher

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Aggregate Company Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the efficient transportation and delivery of materials across our supply chain network. Pay is determined on experience. Duties Coordinate daily dispatch operations for freight movement using transportation management systems. Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries. Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, plants, site supervisors, and clients via calls, texts and emails while maintaining professional customer service etiquette. Enter accurate data to document shipments, schedules, and delivery statuses. Monitor fleet management systems to oversee vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with logistics teams to plan transportation routes, analyze freight needs, and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Support shipping & receiving operations by coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and managing 3PL (third-party logistics) providers efficiently. Skills Strong analysis skills to interpret GPS data, GIS mapping, and transportation metrics for decision-making. Proficiency in transportation planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain processes. Experience with transportation management systems Bulk Loads. Knowledge in google sheets, excel; ect. Excellent communication skills for clear dispatch instructions and effective stakeholder engagement. Typing proficiency for quick data entry and documentation accuracy. Familiarity with freight operations including shipping & receiving procedures. Knowledge of fleet management practices and 3PL coordination to optimize resource utilization.
