Full-Time About Us We are a growing home services company specializing in air duct cleaning and installation, dryer vent services, chimney cleaning, repairs, and installations. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and organized Dispatcher / Office Coordinator to become an important part of our team. Job Summary The Dispatcher / Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technicians, managing schedules, maintaining our CRM system, communicating with customers, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organized and proactive. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians to the correct job locations. Manage and update customer information within the CRM system. Communicate with technicians throughout the day and provide support when needed. Confirm appointments and maintain excellent customer service. Ensure technicians have all necessary information before each appointment. Organize and prepare the following day's schedule before leaving each day. Coordinate with office staff and field employees to maintain smooth operations. Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer follow-ups. Perform general office and administrative duties. Qualifications Previous dispatching, office administration, or customer service experience preferred. Experience with CRM software is a strong plus. Experience in the home services industry is a bonus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
