In this critical role, you will serve as the central point of contact for client communications while protecting and optimizing existing project schedules and field routes. You will handle a high volume of incoming requests with professionalism, efficiency, and finesse—delivering clear, diplomatic responses that maintain strong client relationships without disrupting operational flow. Key Responsibilities Review and process high volumes of client emails, requests, and inquiries daily with strong attention to detail and timely follow-up. Understand client needs and priorities while carefully evaluating impacts to current schedules, routes, crews, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate schedule or dispatch adjustments with finesse, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects and field operations. Maintain accurate records of communications, commitments, and changes within job tracking systems. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Field Operations, and Business Development teams to align client expectations with operational realities. Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and recommend practical solutions. Support overall project coordination and contribute to continuous process improvements in dispatch and client communication workflows. Qualifications & Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, task-driven individual who thrives on high email volume and tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to understand client requests and respond with professionalism and finesse. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) is required. Experience with CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling is preferred. Experience in construction, civil engineering, land development, or related dispatch/coordination roles is preferred but not required. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting team success while protecting operational efficiency. Must be based in the Austin, Texas area and available for full-time Monday-Friday In-office at company headquarters. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience.
