We service the entire Austin metro area and specialize in Police rotations, customer tows, fleet accounts, and impounds. Our double digit growth and rapid geographical expansion have created multiple vacant positions for dispatchers. We are in need of two (2) day time dispatchers. Office-related experience is a must and dispatch experience is preferred, but not required. Advancement opportunities are periodically available. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Dispatching service calls to tow operators Releasing customer vehicles Generating procedures to improve office efficiency Answering incoming informational phone calls from customers Maintaining a professional attitude with customers Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions Maintaining customer records Other office duties as assigned

SKILLS:

Excellent customer service Effective communications skills Ability to multitask in high stress situations Proficiency in Windows and Office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain your TDLR license (we will help the right candidate obtain license) Bilingual a strong plus, but not required
