Dispatch Supervisor

Position Overview:

We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The ideal candidate thrives in a demanding environment, takes initiative, and works well independently once trained.

Key Responsibilities:

Support dispatchers in coordinating drivers, loads, and delivery schedules Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers throughout the day Accurately input load and delivery data into McLeod, our dispatch software Track load progress and follow up on delivery status Organize and manage documents including trip sheets, BOLs, and receipts Assist in resolving on-the-road issues in real time Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation support High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes Self-starter who can stay focused and productive with minimal supervision Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
