The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 2 years of work experience in Dispatching or office supported roles Ability to Successfully multi-task and manage your workload (this is critical to our workflow) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to and participate in task resolution Strong ability to work independently with high level of accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with Customers & other staff members General Multi-line Phone and Computer Skills General Vehicle and Equipment Knowledge is a Plus Job functions: Answer telephones, schedule appointments Take detailed notes and Relay Information to Proper Divisions Dispatching Fleet Quickly and Efficiently Work effectively with other team members and clients in a positive, cheerful environment Maintain composure and stay on task in high stress moments If you meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.
