HVAC Dispatcher Requirements:

1+ years of experience in any sort of office/management/Dispatcher roll required Experience with Microsoft office required HVAC or trade experience preferred

Responsibilities of Dispatchers:

Dispatching HVAC technician to jobs, answering phones, assisting technicians and managers with day to day office tasks Responsibilities include managing technician and install crew schedules, organizing preventative maintenance, reviewing and tracking service tickets from start to finish, etc. Additional duties include following up on pending repairs, preparing part replacement quotes, and communicating directly with customers regarding job status and material delivery timelines Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
