We're looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate and manage live, on-demand freight shipments while delivering exceptional service to our customers and carrier partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch live freight shipments efficiently and accurately. Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams in real time. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or service issues. Schedule pickups and deliveries while optimizing routes and equipment utilization. Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems. Provide outstanding customer service and timely status updates.
Qualifications:
Previous dispatching, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation experience required. Knowledge of TSA and Air Freight Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Proficiency with dispatch, transportation, or logistics software. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
