Medical Dispatch Coordinator (2nd shift)

Job Summary The Medical Dispatch Coordinator (2nd shift) plays a crucial role in the efficient scheduling and communication between providers, patients, and our Phoenix-based field teams. You'll answer calls, schedule services, and dispatch techs for timely patient care. This role in on-site in El Paso,TX. Duties Handle inboud calls from patients, facilities, and providers Dispatch Phoenix-based X-Ray, EkG, and Ultrasound Technologists Manage schedules, logs, and real-time updates Coordinate between El Paso administration and Phoenix field staff Support general medical office operations Skills Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare practice is preferred Strong phone and written communication skills Organized, calm under pressure, and tech-savvy (scheduling/EHR a plus) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Typing proficiency for accurate data entry and record keeping.
