This role is critical to keeping drivers moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers hauling pipe
• Schedule daily loads, routes, and delivery times
• Communicate clearly with drivers, field supervisors, and customers
• Track driver locations, hours of service, and job progress
• Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and oilfield regulations
• Manage last-minute changes, breakdowns, and jobsite delays
• Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, tickets, and delivery documentation Requirements
• Previous dispatcher experience (oil & gas or trucking preferred)
• Knowledge of pipe hauling, flatbed operations, and oilfield logistics
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Proficient with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and basic computer systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required. Preferred Experience
• Oilfield or energy-sector dispatching
• Experience dispatching flatbed or heavy-haul drivers
• Familiarity with well sites, yards, and lease roads Work Schedule
• Full-time position Weekdays (Rotating Shifts): Week 1: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Week 2: 9:00 AM - 6:00

Twice per month (rotational)
