Night Schedule:

/strong6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Wed.-Sat./em/li /ul pstrong

Responsibilities:

/strong/p ul liProvide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues./li liAccurate data entry into company computer systems./li liEscalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources./li liWorks with team members to solve problems./li liProvides clear work instructions to drivers./li /ul pstrong

Qualifications:

/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required./li liProficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred)./li liBasic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography./li liProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li liWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen./li /ul pMesilla Valley Transportation began in 1982 as a small independent fleet in the Southwest.
