Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
Manages dispatch calendar (Google calendar, etc.) Manages daily dispatch activities (availability and time approval by Branch Manager (BM), dispatching closest trucks, etc.) Converts opportunities to sales requests (SR) and confirms with owner (Outside Sales Representative (OSR), General Manager (GM), or Branch Manager (BM)) Answers central dispatch phone line in a timely and professionally Processes requests from existing (standard) customers
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Education:
high school diploma or GED 1-2 years dispatch experience, preferred Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties, Oracle Field Operations module preferred What You'll Need for
