We are seeking a reliable Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating and dispatching drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls and efficiently manage requests from customers. 2. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods. 3. Monitor and update delivery schedules to optimize efficiency. 4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 5. Maintain accurate records of all dispatching activities and communication. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proven experience in a dispatching or customer service role is preferred. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure. 5. Proficiency in using dispatching software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 7.
