Trucking Dispatcher

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the logistics of our fleet operations. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch drivers
• Monitor and track the fleet
• Analyze data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and team employees
• Handle shipping and receiving documentation, as well as DOT documents
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving issues
• Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
