Job Description

NOW HIRING - DAY SHIFT DISPATCHER
Triumph Energy Services LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Day Shift Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced position supporting a fleet of 100+ trucks operating throughout Texas and Louisiana. No experience required - training available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the day Monitor truck movement and job progress Update load information and driver statuses Assist with scheduling and operational support Work closely with management and customers
Software & Apps Used:
Telegram ProPx NewMile Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Comfortable using computers and mobile applications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Transportation or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
