Job Description

Our team plays a vital role in supporting millions of people with 24/7 monitoring. We are looking for individuals to become part of our committed Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) team. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by delivering crucial help during emergencies, as well as offering care and support when testing their devices.
Hours:
Full -time, (Expected hours: 37.5 per week) 2p-10p
Compensation Details:
Weekly pay, starting at $17.00 Pay increase to $17.50 after reaching level 5 dispatcher Pay increase to $18.25 after reaching level 6 dispatcher
Qualifications:
No prior experience required High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Attention to detail and ability to multitask Must pass a background check and drug screening Genuine desire to help others Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors Your key responsibilities: Respond to inbound phone calls from customers needing assistance Communicate with customers Relay information to first responders, when necessary What we have to offer: A positive team-oriented work environment Flexible Schedules Weekly Pay ( Paid training , Pay Raises, Paid Sick time, Paid Vacation, Career Growth) Tuition Reimbursement ( offered annually for F/T and P/T employees ) Health, Dental, & Vision insurance after 90 days Experience shows great on resumes for related fields ( RN, EMT, 911 ) Equal opportunity employer
