Dispatcher

Flow Plumbing and Metroplex Leak and Line Locators is looking for an organized and focused team member with great customer service skills. This position is the point of contact for customers, technicians, contractors and vendors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answering incoming service and leak location request calls. Scheduling technician calls to provide superior and efficient customer service. Provide plumbing team with the information they need to complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. Follow up with customers after service calls to ensure positive feedback. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills; Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail and follow-through; Ability to acquire, understand, and apply basic plumbing knowledge; Previous plumbing experience is a plus; Working knowledge of office computer systems including MS office; Interest and ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, vendors, and contractors; Prompt and regular attendance. Education and Experience High school or Equivalent required 1 year of plumbing or related dispatch experience preferred Spanish speaking bi-lingual preferred Weekly payroll, health, vision and dental insurance after 60 days.
