PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. Complete all relevant company web-based training. Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department. Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by manager. Manage and assist with various tool reports such as, tools out, down and dirty and tools shipped. Coordinate with shop supervisors, shop manager and sales team for tool requirements. Responsible for keeping all incoming and outgoing racks organized and ensuring tools are on proper racks. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by facility manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2 years of dispatch experience preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times. Normal work schedule is 7am - 6pm Monday thru Friday and is subject to change due to demands. Manager may change schedule depending on needs. May have to work some weekends. Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed. Able to manage various personalities Able to delegate tasks to direct reports efficiently

Must be proficient with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willing to learn our company systems TAT, EDS and JDE
