Dispatcher

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Downhole Tool Rental Dispatcher to support daily rental operations through order pulling, tool staging, shipping coordination, job check-ins, and operational paperwork. This position plays a critical role in ensuring rental tools are accurately prepared, documented, shipped, and received for ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities Pull and prepare downhole rental tools based on customer work orders and job requirements Stage outgoing equipment for shipment and verify job accuracy before dispatch Coordinate outgoing and incoming rental jobs Check in returned tools and verify quantities, condition, and job paperwork Process shipping and receiving documentation for all outgoing and incoming jobs Maintain accurate records of tool movement, inventory status, and rental activity Generate shipping/receiving tickets and other related operational paperwork Communicate with customers and other team members regarding job status and equipment availability Assist with inventory organization, yard/shop cleanliness, and tool tracking Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in oilfield rentals, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or downhole tools preferred Familiarity with drilling tools operations is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and inventory systems Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required Preferred Experience Downhole tool rental operations Shipping and receiving Inventory control Oilfield warehouse or yard operations Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Advancement opportunities within operations Schedule Full-time On-call every other weekend

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
