Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Dispatcher for a contract/temporary opportunity with a transportation company in the Pasadena, TX area. - Coordinate driver routes, schedules, pickup times, and delivery updates throughout the workday.
- Communicate regularly with drivers, customers, and internal teams by phone, email, and basic computer systems.
- Monitor dispatch activity and make adjustments as needed to support on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Track schedule changes, delays, and service updates while keeping appropriate parties informed.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, route details, customer notes, and communication logs.
- Support daily transportation operations by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour.
