Responsibilities Receive and prioritize towing requests via multi-line phone systems and digital platforms, ensuring timely response and dispatching. Utilize

GPS, GIS

(Geographic Information Systems), and transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine to track vehicles, plan routes, and optimize fleet deployment. Coordinate with drivers, customers, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to confirm pickup and delivery details while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Maintain accurate data entry of dispatch records, shipment details, and fleet information using systems like AS400 and transportation management software. Monitor fleet status using GPS and fleet management tools to ensure vehicle availability and efficient routing. Conduct analysis of transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements in freight handling, shipping & receiving, and overall logistics operations. Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while providing exceptional customer service during all interactions. Qualifications Proven experience with dispatching within transportation or logistics environments. Strong knowledge of

GIS, GPS

technology, transportation management systems (such as Oracle Transportation Management), and supply chain principles. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, freight coordination, and fleet management practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally. Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and using software like SyteLine or AS400 for operational tracking. Analysis skills to interpret transportation data for planning improvements. Knowledge of transportation planning, logistics strategies, and 3PL operations is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
