Job Description
Overview Space Savers Towing is the fastest growing tow company in San Antonio. We service the entire San Antonio metro area and specialize in Customer tows, fleet accounts, and impounds. Our double digit growth and rapid geographical expansion have created multiple vacant positions for dispatchers. We are in need of one (1) overnight dispatcher. Office-related experience is a must and dispatch experience is preferred, but not required. Advancement opportunities are periodically available. Duties Dispatching service calls to tow operators Maintaining customer records Releasing customer vehicles Generating procedures to improve office efficiency Answering incoming informational phone calls from customers Maintaining a professional attitude with customers Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions Perform VSF yard walk through at shift change (lock doors and crash wrap) Other office duties as assigned Requirements Excellent customer service Effective communications skills Ability to multitask in high stress situations Proficiency in Windows and Office Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to obtain your TDLR license Bilingual a strong plus, but not required
