We are a family business with a proven track record in San Antonio and the supply chain industry.

Position:

OTR & Local Dispatcher In this role we are ideally looking for someone with extensive prior experience dispatching or in over-the-road freight operations. The ideal candidate will need to possess strong problem solving skills along with strong communication capabilities. Candidate would be managing both local and OTR drivers. The core responsibilities of this role would include (but not limited to) Ensure all delivery times are met or keep management updated of delays Ensure that all dispatched equipment is in good working order per DOT regulations Verify loading of outbound freight is properly done and help oversee warehouse operations Assist in customer service Monitor on call phone as scheduled to assist drivers and customers Processing of freight invoices / help handle overflow paperwork from

MON - FRI

ops. Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments Strong knowledge of DOT regulations

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Bilingual is preferred and a plus (however not required) Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities Abilities to effectively communicate with all levels of organization Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced and continually changing work environment Flexibility and drive to to whatever it takes to get the job done Exceptional problem solving skills
