Job Description
Hello! CB Direct is looking to add a Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to our growing team. This role helps coordinate technician schedules, communicate with business partners, and keep work moving accurately in our systems. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, sending updates, drafting emails, maintaining records, supporting office tasks, and helping resolve scheduling issues. We are looking for strong communication skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and comfort using Outlook, Word, Excel, and general computer systems.
