Your proactive approach will ensure smooth scheduling, exceptional customer service, and efficient communication between clients and staff. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently Maintain accurate appointment calendars using Google Workspace or similar tools, ensuring optimal scheduling flow Handle data entry tasks such as client information updates, booking details, and transaction records with precision Support office management duties including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing client files for easy access Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or comparable software to track payments and expenses Provide support to staff by managing administrative tasks like calendar management, email correspondence, and personal assistance as needed Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a service-oriented environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional manner Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of customer service best practices and administrative procedures such as time management and calendar coordination following up leads and confirming part time position with opportunity grow Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational prowess helps craft memorable spa experiences.
