• Commercial HVAC Service Dispatcher
• 3 + Years Knowledge of construction, HVAC, refrigeration, restaurant equipment, electrical or other trades
• PC proficient and fluent in Microsoft-based programs
• Proficient in the written English language
• Professional Communication Skills
• Able to manage tasks in a timely manner
• Positive "can-do" attitude, self-driven and motivated
• Able to work in both individual and team environment
• Critical Thinking, Problem Solver & Focused Responsibilities
• Dispatcher/Scheduler
• Receiving inbound calls from customers and service team
• Proofing and finalizing technician digital service call reports
• Problem solving
• Coordinating service calls and managing schedule board
• Verifying job descriptions, timelines, travels, and details are correct
• Oversee service call completion in a timely manner
• Drafting proposals
• Assist with invoicing
