This position plays a key part in coordinating service requests, supporting customers, and helping ensure plumbing and electrical jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a positive experience for customers and field teams. Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch service appointments for plumbing and electrical work. Gather accurate job details, verify service needs, and document customer information clearly in internal systems. Communicate with technicians and customers to confirm appointment times, updates, and changes as needed. Monitor daily schedules and help manage route efficiency and service priorities. Provide support with job status updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation related to service requests and completed work. Support the team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using computer systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Team-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
