We are seeking an organized and proactive CSR/Dispatcher to manage and coordinate our evening operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Receive and dispatch service requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication with field staff and customers. Monitor and track active service orders, making real-time adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure that all evening operations are seamless and aligned with company procedures. Accurately log service information into the system and prepare end-of-shift reports for management review. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner, offering solutions and escalating matters when required. Maintain open communication lines with field staff, offering logistical support and information as needed.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

CRM Service Titan knowledge is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or dispatcher role, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize during high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using dispatch and customer service software. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions during evening shifts. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
