This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the center of fast-paced operations. What You'll Do Track orders to ensure delivery times and service standards are met Build rapport with customers and drivers, serving as the lead liaison for the fleet Apply critical thinking to maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction Offer insight and feedback to ensure expectations are consistently met What We're Looking For Valid driver's license 2 years of prior customer service experience Positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good working knowledge of the Richmond area Preferred Qualifications Prior dispatch experience Benefits Paid time off (after 6 months) Medical, vision, and dental insurance Term life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount program Retirement savings program Why Join?
