Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across designated routes Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve delays or issues as they arise Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams Maintain accurate records of delivery times, routes, and customer interactions Use dispatch software and GPS systems to optimize routes and reduce delivery times Provide updates to Provide updates to customers regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulation Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, courier services, or transportation coordination Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed
Schedules:
Monday- Friday 11pm
- 7am or Wednesday
- Sunday 3pm
- 11pm
