Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Answer incoming service calls and provide top-tier customer service. Schedule and monitor technician service appointments to ensure timely service delivery. Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules. Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services. Resolve customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service experience with a strong ability to interact with diverse customers. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Ability to reliably commute to Sterling, VA (or willingness to relocate).
