We're Hiring! One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for a highly organized Service Dispatcher to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams. If you enjoy helping customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do Schedule and dispatch service technicians Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and technician schedules Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and service updates Maintain accurate customer records and job information in ServiceTitan Support technicians with scheduling, routing, and job completion Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Why Join One Hour?
