  • $25.00 Hourly DOE Employment type: full-time We are looking for a Receptionist/Dispatcher for a demanding, fast-paced, small trucking fleet based in a rock mine/crushing plant. Job Requirements
  • Multi-line phone system
  • Customer Service while multi-tasking
  • Accurately scheduling and dispatching truck drivers
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Organization skills
  • Weighing trucks/printing scale tickets
  • Recording & tracking multiple different aspects including time cards, mileage, and rock reports.
  • MSHA Records management and training duties.
Experience with Rock Mining or MSHA would be preferred, but not required. This position is the key to the office, and can be very demanding at times. The perfect candidate will be a highly organized individual with attention to detail, and a positive attitude no matter the circumstance. Hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Medical benefits are available after a short hire on probationary period.
