Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Helper / Dispatch at our Friday Harbor Depot! This part-time role is perfect for motivated individuals aged 18 and over who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will assist with dispatching shipments and supporting daily depot functions. Starting at an energetic pace, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and efficient communication across departments. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop organizational skills, gain hands-on experience in retail and logistics, and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence. Duties Assist with dispatching shipments accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Maintain organizational skills by keeping the depot clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols. Assist with truck loading and other duties as needed Skills Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Must be ready to start by 6 am This is a
