YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will come into the office ready to help both customers and our plumbing technicians. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to customers' homes. You will let customers know when to expect someone and update them if there are any delays. You will work ahead to plan out the schedules, making sure our technicians' time is used wisely and that all job permits are ready. You will also pass along important information between the office, field crews, and supervisors. Here's what you need to become our

Plumbing Dispatcher:

High school diploma or equivalent Associate's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company Supervisory, customer service, and dispatch experience are preferred but not required.
