Job Description

Duties include Answering inbound calls from customers Making outbound calls to customers to coordinate delivery and pick up time Scheduling pick up/delivery Assigning drivers with loads/routes daily Invoicing General bookkeeping utilizing Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel Financial reporting Office duties Coordinating with management for repairs, equipment and supplies
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Experience:
Customer service: 3 years (Required)
