AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, relay information, and coordinate security-related responses in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in logs and reports, helping to support accurate communication between onsite personnel, management, and/or emergency responders. Respond to incidents and critical situations by prioritizing incoming information, assigning resources as needed, and communicating updates to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as required by site procedures, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
